Schnitzels is a collaboration between David Striffler of Brew Cheese, and Timothy and Callie Martino of Crazy Beans. We built Schnitzels because we love the Stony Brook community. Our Village is alive with a strong heartbeat supported by layers of history and thriving businesses thanks to its neighbors and visitors.

We hope that you come to this restaurant to drink and eat, celebrate successes, meet a friend, bring your family, share conversation, toast to new beginnings, pick yourself up after a bad day, or honor the end of a long week. All kinds of kinds are welcome here. The three of us love to travel; we hope this dining room transports you to another time and place where you can put aside the concerns of home and work and just enjoy your company.
